Room rate = $122 
7.5% occupancy tax = $9.15

For rooms that are state sales tax exempt, the rate will be $129.50. You will need to complete and bring the required form with you upon your check in at the hotel. Click here to access the form.
For rooms that are not sales tax exempt, the rate will be $142.92.

Attendees are responsible for forwarding along their registration confirmation invoices to their Schools/Organizations to request payment for their attendance. K-ACTE will not waive late fees for attendees who fail to send information along to their Schools/Organizations for processing.

LATE FEES: Payments are not due until 30 days after the event takes place. A $25 Late fee per attendee will be applied to all outstanding invoices which will be mailed around September 1st.

If a written request to cancel is received by mail or e-mail ([email protected]) on or before July 1, 2024, a refund will be made (minus a $75 processing fee).

Note: This fee does NOT apply to individuals who are cancelling or requesting a refund due to a rejected Perkins Grant Application. If you are needing to cancel your registration due to not receiving the Perkins Grant, please email: [email protected] to request the refund, and include the date you sent in your application.

After July 1st, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, and your conference fees will still be owed in full.

Yes, please apply online to become a member. Individuals who register as members must be current members, or must establish their membership by July 30th. Corrected invoices with an added fee will be mailed to individuals who register incorrectly and do not complete their membership by the end of July.

*Breakfast Buffet on Tuesday is not included with registration. Dietary concerns or restrictions should be emailed to [email protected] no later than July 1, 2024 and an alternative will be offered if possible.
