Exhibitor Lottery Card

Sponsor’s logo will appear on 1 tile of the exhibitor lottery card that will be given to all attendees at registration.
Sponsor will be given a stamp at their booth to stamp their tile/logo on attendees’ lottery cards as they visit your sponsor booth to fill the tile requirement on their lottery card.
Attendees will be motivated to receive stamps on all tiles of the lottery card in order to enter to win the exhibitor lottery prize.

Exhibitor Lottery Prize Sponsor

Sponsor’s Logo will be featured prominently on the backside of exhibitor lottery cards given to all attendees at registration. Also on the back of the card, will be a place for them to enter their information to enter to win the exhibitor lottery card prize drawing.
Sponsor will automatically receive (1) tile where their logo is placed on the exhibitor lottery card.
Sponsor will be given a stamp at their booth to stamp their tile/logo on attendees’ lottery cards as they visit the sponsor booth to fill the tile requirement on their lottery card; attendees will be motivated to receive stamps on all tiles of the lottery card in order to enter to win the lottery prize (Sponsored by you!)
All attendees who complete the lottery card can enter to win a drawing. Sponsor will be allotted time at the event to briefly address attendees, and draw + announce the lottery card winner.
Sponsor will present the winner with their gift card.
Sponsor’s Logo featured on a $100 gift card (likely Amazon) that will be purchased by K-ACTE on behalf of the sponsor and given away in the drawing as the ‘prize’.

Exhibit Hall Schedule
The Exhibit Hall is open on Sunday at 5 PM and will remain open for you to set up throughout the evening. The conference starts at 7:15 AM on Monday so all booths should be set up prior to 7 AM.
Booth Setup & Take Down Time
Booths can be set up starting Sunday evening at 5 PM. Displays must be taken down by 5 PM on Tuesday. Do not leave any expensive items out on Sunday evening, or unattended during the event.
Booth Equipment
If your booth requires additional equipment, the exhibitor must order and provide it themselves.
Our standard booth options include: 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, event meal tickets, access to Wi-Fi, and (optional) access to an electrical outlet for an additional charge.
The hotel may have additional equipment available for a fee that exhibitors will need to inquire about on their own when applicable.

Late Fee & Refunds
A $25 late fee will be added to outstanding invoices 1 month after the last day of the event. Refunds will be accepted until July 1st and will incur a $50 processing fee.
